1. totwoo love Code: tap or touch jewelry connected to the app, totwoo smart jewelry will send a signal to your partner who is paired with you in the app. Another totwoo smart jewelry that your partner connected to the app will flash or vibrate, wherever you are.
2. Love Letter: Record a love letter into totwoo through the app, your friend will receive the message when connecting totwoo to the app.

Awful app, decent bracelets, otherwise not worth it. I ordered these thinking they would be great for me and my long distance partner. But the app is awful and their customer service is spotty and inconsistent. I'm a Computer Engineer, and despite having never made an app before. I could figure it out and make a FUNCTIONING one in no more than 2 months. Yet they haven't made any big fixes or improvements based on the years of reviews I've read. Until they get it together and fix this.. AVOID

I think it's a really good bracelet and app. One thing that's frustrating is I can't get more than like 10 feet from my phone without it disconnecting and then not automatically reconnecting when I get back in range of my phone. I understand that the range isn't very far that's fine but coming back into range and not reconnecting is not fine. I don't want to have to remember to pick up my phone open the app and get it to reconnect. I have it set to always running so why would they not?

Hello, the normal range of connection between jewelry and cell phone is within 3 meters, more than 3 meters after the jewelry will be disconnected, we recommend that you unbundle the jewelry and connect the jewelry with the app again!

App is full of bugs. The bracelets buzzes non stop, Many times it'll do 10 or 12 back to back. It's unreliable, you never know if your partner pressed the bracelet or if it's just randomly doing it. I would say 99% of the time it's just a random buzz that is doing all by itself. My girlfriend and I wore them for a week and we would text each other whenever we pressed it. Customer service is pretty much worthless they don't know how to fix. App and firmware are noth at latest and still every bad.

Thank you for your feedback. If your jewelry is vibrating on its own, please follow these steps to resolve the issue:
Go to "My" page in the app.Click on "Manage Totwoo".Select "Jewelry" and tap on the firmware version number ten times consecutively.This will prompt the jewelry upgrade page.
